To ensure that our customers get their projects finished on time we have developed a refined process. First, we schedule our jobs from the minute a contract is signed. This ensures that you are on the schedule and that your project becomes a reality. At the core of our building process, is a team that works together to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Initially we provide you with an on site visit to assess your personal needs and desires. We will listen to your needs, goals, ideas and dreams while helping you design your new space. You will then be delivered professionally drafted plans as part of our complete design/remodel service.
  
• Once a plan is mutually agreed upon, your project will be field verified and priced according to your selections and custom design requirements.
  
• A signed contract will get your project started. This begins with your Project Manager applying for all necessary city permits. We have years of experience working with local associations and municipalities. We will remove the hassle and worry of getting your project approved.
  
• Once your plans are approved by the city, we will start working together to make your personal selections on your remodel project. At Michael Lee we pride ourselves in our attention to detail and the high-level of customer service provided. As a custom remodelor your input and needs are important to us.
  
• Your dedicated Project Manager will handle the daily tasks of your project in our office and our experienced Field Supervisor will monitor field operations. If any issues or concerns arise, they are dealt with quickly ensuring your project stays on course.
  
• We understand the value of family time and respect your personal space. We will do everything in our power to minimize the disruption to your normal living conditions. This includes job site clean up on a daily basis and securing any unnecessary tools and equipment.
  
• Once your project is complete, we will schedule a thorough walk through appointment with our warranty service specialist to address any issues you may have with your project. Items that may need attention will be fixed in a timely manner.
  
• Finally, you will be assigned to our 30-day/6-month/1 year warranty program. We come looking for you so you don’t have to come looking for us.
