After years of requests from past Kootenia Homes customers to do remodeling, David Frosch and Cary Becker started Michael Lee, Inc. They office out of the same building as Kootenia Homes and now have 10 full-time employees.

Cory Bower is our Final and Warranty Coordinator. He started with Kootenia Homes in 2002 as a carpenter before making his move to Michael Lee. Cory lives in St Paul and enjoys riding his Harley.

Tom Coquyt joined Michael Lee as a Remodeling Salesperson in 2007 after he completed a personal remodeling project with us. Tom enjoys his active lifestyle of playing sports and spending time with his wife Denise and their four young children. They live in Woodbury.

Rick Grindland joined the Michael Lee Remodeling team as a sales consultant in 2008. He has 22 years of experience in the building, remodeling, sales, architecture and design field. In his spare time, Rick and his fiancé, Kim, enjoy raising their 5 children, traveling and exploring the world. He has been a resident of Woodbury for 18 years.

Randy Jennissen is our Job Superintendent and started with Kootenia Homes as a Lead Trim Carpenter. He joined Michael Lee as their first employee in 2003. He and his wife enjoy their hobby farm north of the Twin Cities.

Greg Johnson After moving here from California, Greg built his first home with Kootenia in 1991 and enjoyed it so much, he came aboard. Greg now lives in his 2nd Kootenia home with his wife Connie in Woodbury.

Tom Robey is one of our remodeling sales consultants and has a background in Real Estate, Architectural Design and Development projects. Tom and his wife Lori and two children have lived in Woodbury for over 20 years and are active in various school, church and youth programs.

Mark Singer, Remodeling Salesperson, joined Michael Lee in 2008 and brings over twenty years of experience from the housing industry. Mark and his wife live in Woodbury and are very active with their three young children.
